The Model 150 SE is designed to produce a full range of ions from full positive to full negative, and all mixtures in between. For smoke removal, either full negative or full positive ions are used. To control static electricity a middle range is used to balance the static in the air. Ions are emitted into the air stream and are effective in the range of air movement. The Model 150 SE is ideal for controlling static in computer rooms, electronics assembly, offices, photography studios, and where plastic packaging machines are in operation. It can also be used for particle removal in large smoking areas and where manufacturing operations produce large amounts of particulate. |
